Who We Are

Detecting with Purpose

Heart of Scotland Charity Digs is a Scottish-based metal detecting group that organises fundraising events in support of local registered charities.

What began as a shared passion for the hobby has grown into a welcoming community of detectorists who enjoy getting together, exploring responsibly and making a positive difference.

Our events bring together people of all ages and experience levels — from complete beginners to experienced detectorists with years of knowledge behind them.

Important: Heart of Scotland Charity Digs is not a registered charity. We organise fundraising events and donate proceeds to registered charities selected by the landowner.
